2026 Downtown White Bear Lake Reader Board Request
Reader Board Reservations – Downtown White Bear Lake
The Reader Board Sign located at Hwy 61 and 4th Street may be reserved for a one-week period (Sunday–Saturday) by Downtown White Bear Lake businesses located within the Special Service District (SSD).
The Reader Board is jointly owned and maintained by White Bear Lake Main Street and the City of White Bear Lake.
Reservation Guidelines
SSD businesses and organizations may reserve one week per calendar year.
Cost: $150 + $5 processing fee.
Reservations are intended to promote a Downtown White Bear Lake business or event.
Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received and the request is approved.
White Bear Lake Main Street reserves the right to decline any reservation that does not meet these requirements.
If you own two businesses with different names and addresses, you may reserve one week for each business.
Please note: Select weeks are reserved by White Bear Lake Main Street to promote downtown events and community-wide promotions.
Message Parameters
The Reader Board displays four (4) lines, with 22 characters per line.
Characters include letters, numbers, spaces, dots, and dashes.
White Bear Lake Main Street reserves the right to edit messages for best use of space and, if necessary, due to limited availability of specific letters.
Message Deadlines & Changes
You will receive a calendar reminder 45 days prior to your reservation requesting that you review your message.
Final messages must be received no later than 30 days prior to your reserved week.
Message updates requested after this deadline cannot be guaranteed.
If a message change is requested after the message has gone live, the reserving business will be responsible for the contractor’s invoice fee for that change (up to $50 maximum).
