Gangster Bus Tour

Come along for an adventurous outing to explore the hideouts and haunts of the 1930s era gangsters who laid low in the cottages around White Bear and Bald Eagle Lakes. Sights include a Mahtomedi speakeasy and the location of a notorious dance club. Tours depart at 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m and take about an hour! Inspired by vintage cocktail culture and the warmth of gathering with friends, Jessica—the Candle Maker and Cocktail Shaker behind Flicker & Fizz—has designed a one-of-a-kind space where creativity, nostalgia, and community come together. During this private event, you'll be guided through the art of candle making, selecting from a variety of curated vintage glassware and fragrances to create a custom candle that's uniquely your own. As part of Flicker & Fizz's signature experience, each scent is thoughtfully paired with a classic or inspired cocktail, and you'll receive a recipe card for your chosen pairing to take home—bringing together the aromas, flavors, and memories of the day long after your candle has been poured.
