Claim Your Listing

Your email may already be on file

When we built the directory we pre-assigned owner emails for many downtown businesses. If yours is one of them, you don't need to email us — just set your password and sign in.

1. Go to the login page and click Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email you use for your business.
3. Check your inbox (and spam) for the reset link and choose a password.
4. Sign in.
5. Open your business detail page from the directory .

If your email is associated with the listing, you'll see an Edit button on your business page:

No Edit button? Your email isn't linked to a listing yet — keep reading.

If your email isn't linked yet

Email us at info@downtownwhitebearlake.com with:

• Your business name and address
• Link to your current listing (or "not yet listed")
• The email address you want to use as the owner login
• Your name and role at the business
• A quick way for us to verify you're authorized (business phone, same-domain email, etc.)

We'll attach your email to the listing and reply when you're ready to follow the password reset steps above.

What you can edit

Once you're signed in and click Edit, you'll see four tabs:

• Info — title, intro, full description, hours
• Contact — address, phone, email, website, social links
• Categories — categories and business types
• Cover — your main photo

Click Save when you're done. Updates go live immediately.

Troubleshooting

No Edit button on my listing

Your auth email doesn't match the owner profile on the business. Email info@downtownwhitebearlake.com and we'll fix it.

Password reset email never arrived

Check spam first. If it still hasn't shown up after a few minutes, email us and we'll confirm the address on file.

Wrong business assigned to me

Reply to the original thread with the correct listing URL.

Transferring ownership to someone else

Email us from the current owner's address with the new owner's email and we'll reassign it.
